How to Bake a Potato in the Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • Large baking potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Coarse salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the potato.
  • Stab holes in the potato all over.
  • Rub it all over with olive oil.
  • Roll the potato in coarse salt.
  • Wrap the potato in a paper towel.
  • Bake the potato in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Notes

Note: The potato is done cooking when you can easily push a fork through it without any resistance.
